During the strategic cooperation, two parties intended to carry out exchanges and cooperation on Internet fundamental resources and facilities related training, project, research, data sharing, network security construction and community construction. APNIC and CNNIC are Internet Registry administering IP addresses separately for the Asia Pacific and China area. Over the years, they have been carrying out multiple exchanges and cooperation on the regional internet fundamental resources. This strategic cooperation agreement aims to further promote and secure the development and security of internet fundamental resources and facilities of China and the Asia Pacific.
